    Ben Brookhart is the father of five children and has a strong sense of family. He believes creating healthy self-esteem in children from a young age will help them grow up happier and healthier. His children’s books are aimed at enriching storytime with practical, fun messages to encourage positive attitudes and family values. Ben is a former chairman of Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina.
